LaMotte Spin Disks

Each sealed SpinDisk® reagent cartridge contains the precise amount of reagent needed to run a complete series of tests. Just fill one unique SpinDisk® reagent cartridge with less than 3 mL of water and all your vital tests are done automatically—in just 60 seconds.

We use Spin Disk 203 monthly to test for:

Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Bromine, pH, Calcium Hardness, Total Alkalinity, Cyanuric Acid, Copper, Iron, and Phosphates

We use Spin Disk 601 weekly to test for:

pH, Alkalinity, and Free Chlorine

LaMotte Salt/TDS Tester

To test the salt level in salt water pools, TDS, and Water Temperature Levels in all pools we use the LaMotte Salt/TDS/Conductivity/Temp TRACER PockeTester™

The electronic Salt TRACER PockeTester™ measures the Sodium Chloride level in salt water pools with a range from 0 to 9,999 ppm.

TDS is measured from 0 to 9,999 ppm and Temperature from 32.0° to 149°F.

Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) is a metric used in water treatment that measures all dissolved minerals, salts, chlorides, metals, organics, and many other contaminants in water. TDS impacts water conductivity and is related to corrosion, chemical efficiency, water clarity, and is an often-forgotten factor in the LSI.

TDS levels and Water Temperature will be included on the weekly reports sent via Skimmer.
